For the first time in its 300-year history, Oulton Park Lodge, the iconic entrance arch building to the original Oulton Hall estate, is available for rental. This delightful property, managed by Oulton Park circuit owners MotorSport Vision, has been completely renovated and beautifully furnished to provide superb accommodation.

The quaint 18th century Oulton Park Lodge is a sandstone gateway, which once welcomed guests down the driveway that led to the Oulton Hall stately home.  The Hall was unfortunately lost to fire in 1926, but the Grade II* listed entrance building still proudly stands as the iconic backdrop to Oulton Park’s Lodge corner.

The large private garden enjoys 50 meters of direct frontage to the track itself.  Its placement alongside one of Oulton Park’s most beloved viewing areas at Lodge corner, makes it a one-of-a-kind, must-stay location. 

The south facing garden is the perfect spot in which to relax and watch track activity.  It also makes a great outside eating and entertaining area; equipped with an outside table and seating for six and a barbecue.  There’s even a gazebo with cover to ensure that rain doesn’t stop play!

On arrival at Oulton Park Lodge, you will approach through the original 18th century entrance gates to a private and secure parking area inside.  Alongside the Lodge, two cars can be parked on a spacious gravel parking area. Those arriving by motorcycle can benefit from overnight storage in a secure bike shed, with space for two.  Vans and trailers can be accommodated nearby by prior arrangement.

Everything in the Lodge is new for 2022, from the tasteful decoration to all furnishing and equipment.  The accommodation is cosy, as one would expect from such a period entrance lodge and can sleep up to four.

There are two bedrooms; one with a super king size zip and link bed and the other with a king size zip and link bed.  This enables the accommodation to be arranged as twins or doubles to suit you.    There is also a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The Lodge is comprehensively equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your stay.

With Oulton Park Lodge being in particularly high demand over the race weekends, minimum hire periods at these times reflect the most common number of days required to stay.  Hire is not only of the Lodge but also private garden use from which the racing can be enjoyed.  These periods range from two nights for most club events to four days for major events such as the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship and the Bennetts British Superbike Championship.  Please check the booking calendar to find out more details.

All four-day minimum race weekend bookings include a generous welcome pack and four weekend admission tickets to the event.

Outside of these periods, bookings can be made for a little as a one-night stay.

For visitors to the area, not specifically the Oulton Park circuit, the Lodge makes an ideal and characterful base.  There are many lovely walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside but, subject to circuit activity, guests are welcome to stroll around Oulton Park circuit itself and discover its charm.

Oulton Park Lodge is also conveniently located for local pubs – with the Egerton Arms just a 400m walk and the Red Lion only 800m away, both in the pretty neighboring village of Little Budworth.
